ABOUT OUR CLUB
The Master Guide Ministry is a leadership development and discipleship ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It equips individuals to become effective Christian leaders and mentors, particularly in ministry to children and youth.
Becoming a Master Guide is more than completing a curriculum, earning a distinction, or wearing a uniform. It is a journey of spiritual growth, leadership development, practical ministry and service—with Jesus Christ at the centre.
What Can I Expect?
Your Master Guide journey will include:
- Spiritual Growth — Deepening your personal relationship with Christ through Bible study, prayer, worship and Christian living.
- Leadership Development — Developing skills in communication, teaching, planning, teamwork, mentoring and Christian leadership.
- Children & Youth Ministry — Learning how to effectively minister to and disciple children and young people.
- Practical Ministry Experience — Applying what you learn through active participation in Adventurer, Pathfinder and other church ministries.
- Mentoring — Learning alongside experienced leaders who can encourage and guide you throughout your Master Guide journey.
- Community Service & Outreach — Putting faith into action by serving the church and the wider community.
- Outdoor & Practical Skills — Developing useful ministry, recreation, camping, nature and leadership skills.
- Fellowship — Building meaningful relationships with other Christians who share a desire to grow, lead and serve.
