Lessons from Ancient Laodicea

The letter to the Laodicean church was the harshest of the seven letters to the churches in Asia Minor. Its spiritual condition was a blatant contrast to its material condition. The only remedy was an infilling of the Holy Spirit. Like ancient Laodicea, such is the condition of current Laodicean church. The remedy, likewise, is still the same, an infilling of the Holy Spirit. Receive and be filled with the Holy Spirit!
